The Project Changes Request will be used to monitor and report on changes throughout the course of the project lifecycle. This section will typically be evaluated project team to determine the criticality of the change to be performed. Change requests should be assigned a priority based on a set of standards. 1.3.1.1 P1 – Critical/Major: A critical priority change request is considered imperative to the success of the project, and may have a detrimental impact to the project if not addressed promptly. This type of change request is mandatory and must be completed. 1.3.1.2 P2 – High: A high priority change request is considered to be important to the success of the project.
